Chris Baldwin is the founder of Performance Redesigned, an organisational development consultancy that helps small and growing businesses solve the performance problems that are the most difficult to fix from the inside.<\/i><\/span><\/o:p><\/p>\n

His starting point is that performance problems are rarely just about the individual. When the work, the roles and the systems around a person are poorly designed or outdated, even capable people underperform.
