Coaching has a significant impact in times of transition, uncertainty, strategic growth or personal change. When the stakes are high and the path isn’t clear.
Coaching with me
Coaching brings clarity – about your goals, what’s in your control and what isn’t. What I help you understand is the dynamics of your organisation: what you can influence, what you can’t, and what you can leverage.
Leaders navigating growth or complexity need to see all the moving parts clearly. You might need a strategy that’s coherent and grounded in reality, or you might need to execute on that strategy. Either way, I’ll help you see the situation from every angle: the systems working in your favour, the processes that aren’t, and the culture that you can’t always see.
In the room I’m supportive and direct. I ask the questions that get under the surface of the problem and challenge the assumptions. Our emotions can sometimes obscure what’s in front of us, so our reflective space will support you to examine your own feelings, thinking, or logistical challenges. Over time you’ll start to understand your own behaviours and whether they’re working in your favour.
People I’ve worked with have navigated career transitions, built performance across multiple teams, successfully navigated C-suite conversations, and made the leap into running their own business. I bring my background in organisational development, learning, and people leadership into our conversations. I’m a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and working on my ILM Level 7 in executive coaching and mentoring.
If you need a thinking partner or someone to help you achieve your goals, understand what’s happening, what’s next, or what comes next, then let’s talk.
Leadership coaching
- For people managers, heads of department, and leaders new to the role, stepping up, or leading on a specific challenge.
- Six one-to-one sessions to work through what’s in front of you – the pressure, the decisions, the team – and come out clearer, steadier and more confident.
Executive coaching
- For directors and C-suite, leading where the decisions are bigger, lonelier and more complex.
- An ongoing engagement built around you and your challenge. Flexible sessions when you need them, and lighter touch support in between, across six months.
The difference coaching makes
For your challenge
Sometimes the business is sound and it’s the person leading it who’s stuck. Maybe you’re carrying too much, stepping into a bigger role, or up against something that won’t move – a challenge, a decision, a team that isn’t where it needs to be. Coaching gives you the space to work out what’s actually going on, separate what you can change from what you can’t, and build the confidence to handle it – this time and next.
For your growth
It isn’t always about struggle. Sometimes it’s a leader who’s performing well and wants to perform better – stepping up, taking on more, or navigating a shift that doesn’t have an obvious answer. The structured, honest conversation that coaching provides helps you think more clearly, make better decisions, and lead at your best when it counts.
For your business
If you’re looking for coaching for someone else – a leader in your team, or across the whole business – I work as an external partner who brings an organisational development perspective into coaching. The support connects to real performance and what works in reality, not just an abstract personal development conversation. If that’s what you need, get in touch and we’ll build something that works for you.

Frequently Asked Questions
Who is coaching for?
Any leader who wants to think and perform at their best. Whether you’re carrying too much, stepping into something new, or simply want to get better at how you lead.
What is it like to be coached by me?
Supportive and honest. I don’t shy away from the questions that challenge your thinking. I bring my organisational development experience into coaching, so I help you see the system around you as well as the challenge in front of you.
What does coaching look like?
I won’t give you answers or tell you what to do – I’ll ask the questions that help you see your situation clearly and reach the decision that’s right for you. Most people find they already know more than they thought; what they were missing was the space to think.
What will I get out of it?
Space, clarity, and the confidence and conviction to act. You’ll leave with a clearer head, a better sense of what matters, and a way forward you believe in, because you decided it.
What's the commitment from me?
An open mind, honesty, and a bit of thinking and action between sessions. Coaching works best when you turn up ready to be challenged and willing to act on what comes out of it – you get back what you put in and the impact is seen in your work.
What is the format and frequency?
One-to-one, in person or online. Leadership coaching is a fixed number of sessions, spaced to give you room to act between them. Executive coaching runs over a fixed period, with sessions when you need them and support in between. We’ll set a rhythm that works around you.
If this sounds right for you, let’s talk.
